Please arrive with hair freshly washed, detangled, fully dry, and stretched.

For the best results, deep condition your hair before your appointment and apply a lightweight moisturizer or leave-in conditioner as needed. Hair should feel soft, moisturized, and easy to manage.

Please avoid heavy oils, grease, gels, mousse, hairspray, edge control, or other styling products that may leave buildup or make the hair difficult to grip.

Avoid relaxing or trimming your hair within one week of your appointment. Hair must be at least 4 inches long.

A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and can be paid by cash or e-transfer to KnotlessEuphoria@gmail.com.

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when sufficient notice is provided.

No-shows or cancellations without notice will result in the loss of your deposit. A new $50 deposit will be required to book another appointment.

If Knotless Euphoria needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of your deposit.
